Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our cloud storage services. By using SwissCloud-Host, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use our services.

1. User Accounts


• You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SwissCloud-Host to:


• Upload or share illegal, harmful, or copyrighted material without permission
• Violate the privacy or rights of others
• Distribute malware or engage in hacking
• Abuse the service or overload infrastructure
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

3. Storage & Bandwidth Limits

Each plan includes a set amount of storage. Exceeding these limits may result in restricted access or the need to upgrade.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the files you upload. We do not claim ownership. You grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance from time to time, with notice where possible.

6. Account Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice.

7. Payments & Refunds


• Subscriptions are billed monthly.
• You may cancel anytime, but partial refunds are not issued unless required by law.
• Failed payments may result in account suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

SwissCloud-Host is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
